Why MS SQL Server is best for Visual Basic Programming

I've started Visual basic since after graduating degree in Computer Science last March 2002 at Negros Oriental State University, Dumaguete City, Philippines. Basically it is very helpful to learned fast if you have basic knowledge in programming language such as Turbo C, Pascal, and QBasic. In the first place Visual Basic for me is very difficult to learn anyway. But because of some other resourceful materials like personal tutorial, articles, website that provide good examples to start in learning VB, I did to made it visible. I decided to make this blog just to encourage and help interested students to continue in learning Visual Basic programming. I was'nt thought that I was came to realized that I were started earning money in programming using Visual Basic 6, VB.NET and MS SQL Server 2000/2005.

Anyway, Let's begin this blog with a question Why MS SQL Server is best for Visual Basic programming or .NET?. First of all before I used MS SQL Server as my main database storage I was used MS Acccess to store data on it but I was able to found out that it is very unsecured and limited in task operation such as number of records, data types and not easy to handle big amount of rows to retrieve. I used to developed Point of Sale system for almost six months in making debugging, testing and enhancement. The best thing that I do, I tried myself not to stop working to solve the problem everytime I were encountered and looking for possible creation that can help the system complete and 100% satisfactory complied for the client/customer. I also added that we need to realized that not only earning moneys is our main target but we have a big contribution to our country by helping establishment or industries to make their data secured and fast approaching.

Most of the time, I admit that after the accomplishment I always think in return to earned money with them. But now, I realized that it is not good to make some advantage. From now, I see the companies uses my system and really proud to myself that they used from what the creation of my mind to build the system.

MS SQL Server was not easy for me to learned specially in learning T-SQL statement commands for the first start. like for example SELECT * FROM Customer, if you don't have any little understanding for what was the command instructed maybe it is very hard. What I did is to have some research with the internet through google.com search engine. I found a lot of huge of information listed such as w3schools.com and planetsourcecode.com.

I hope that this blog can help you to achieve you goals and have a useful contribution with your community even not much earning money but earning experience and knowledge.

For me project accomplishment was not taken from the programming actually used but it is depper from you encouragement and motivation. Remember that Trial and Error's can bring you the bridge of your accomplishment.
